Needs • Processes • Technology

Technology that understands business.

First, I clarify the need, the process and the flow of information. Then I select a solution that fits the company and can be developed securely.

Services organised around decisions

From identifying the need
to a working solution.

Our work can start with a standalone audit or move directly to a specific solution. Deployment is available as a separate option.

01 Starting point
Defining the right direction Scope tailored to the situation

Needs analysis and process audit

It clarifies the current situation, risks and priorities. It may conclude with an independent recommendation or define the first well-founded scope for automation, integration or data work.

Outcome: a situation map, priorities and a plan for the next steps.

03 Launch
Code and launch instructions Deployment as needed

Deployment, security and support

Every project is delivered with launch instructions, a dependency list and the required documentation. Full environment preparation, publication and security configuration are quoted as an additional service.

Post-launch support remains optional and has a separately agreed scope.
Explore the deployment option

The client orders and pays directly for the VPS, hosting, domain and paid licences. The deployment service can include help with selecting, ordering and configuring these resources.

A transparent way of working

From understanding the process
to a supported solution.

The scope begins with a problem that clearly matters to how the company operates.

01

Goal and process

We clarify the need, information flow, constraints and expected outcome.

02

First well-founded scope

The solution covers the most important part of the process without unnecessary features.

03

Deployment and ongoing support

After testing, the solution is launched, documented and developed within the agreed scope.

Code ownership and client independence

At the end of the project, the client receives the source code and the rights needed to maintain, modify and develop it further. The agreement defines the detailed scope, while third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Business, operational and technical perspective

I understand how technology affects
the company’s day-to-day work.

Experience in IT administration, infrastructure, service operations, automation and team leadership lets me look beyond a single tool.

I assess each solution in terms of business needs, user experience, security and long-term maintainability.

First step

Let’s discuss a process
worth simplifying.

A short description of the current situation is enough for the first conversation. We can define the right solution and scope later.
